Welcome to Alatbina website. Use of the Alatbina website is subject to the following terms and conditions. Registering to access a Alatbina Online Store account online and logging into the site using that access signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, refrain from logging in to the site, and contact Alatbina immediately to request the cancellation of access to your Alatbina Online Store account online.

All prices, minimum/multiple quantities and stock levels are subject to change without notice. All reasonable care is undertaken by Alatbina to ensure that all information on the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current and error-free. In the event of any discrepancy, the data held at Alatbina at the time the order is processed will apply. Alatbina reserves the right to adjust pricing displayed at invoice level.

Access to an account with Alatbina online provides the right to order product and view financial information for that account. If you sign up to access your Alatbina account online, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to this account. The user undertakes to notify Alatbina in writing as soon as access to an account (by either a specific user or group of users) is no longer required so that this may be removed. Alatbina will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of the account, or for financial information obtained as a result of unauthorised use.
Alatbina does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damages resulting from any failure or delay in the receipt of orders placed from the site, regardless of whether or not such failure or delay is caused by or located in any Alatbina server or system, or the internet in general.
Alatbina undertakes to take all reasonable care to ensure the availability of the site and its services. However Coolman Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. will not accept responsibility for any loss or damages whatsoever, resulting from any unavailability of the site or services.
All intellectual property included on the website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, copyright works, trademarks, photographs and movie clips, is owned by Alatbina or its suppliers. The user will not use, reproduce, licence, sell, release or modify (including via any internet site) any intellectual property on this website, except for the purpose of viewing on screen or printing portions of the website for internal use, except with express written consent from Alatbina
The above terms and conditions govern only the access to an existing Alatbina account online, and are in addition to the existing Terms of Trade operating between Alatbina and your account.

Alatbina reserve the right to decline to trade with any company or person and may decline to accept any order without justification.

Alatbina will not substitute an ordered product for another unless requested by the Customer. If the Customer confirms telephone, fax or internet orders, the confirmation must be clearly identified as a “confirmation order” to avoid duplication.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

The Customer may not cancel any order once they are accepted by Alatbina may allow an order to be cancelled at its discretion, subject to Alatbina recovering from the Customer the costs incurred. If only part of an order is cancelled, the original order is cancelled and a new order is being initiated.

The Customer may only return product to Alatbina for a change of mind or for incorrect ordering, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:

The Customer must contact Alatbina in advance and obtain the prior consent of Alatbina and obtain a goods return number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);

Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Product must be returned to Alatbina in their original packaging, unused and in a sale able condition, to be confirmed by Alatbina after receipt.

Product must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled, to the address advised by Alatbina. Product accepted for return will be credited at invoice value less a handling charge of 10% of the original invoice value.

Product ordered from Alatbina is ex store and Alatbina will arrange delivery on the customer’s behalf by the most practical means. Alatbina aim to deliver product relating to an order received on the next working day, usually by courier. The cost of packaging and delivery is added to the invoice price of the customers order. The Customer's delivery options, and the prices for them, are set out at Alatbina website or will be notified to the Customer at the time of order. Delivery will be made to the Customer's usual business address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Times and dates for delivery quoted in the Alatbina catalogue or by Alatbina employees are approximate only and Alatbina can not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery as delivery is by means of the third party. Delivery of product marked in the catalogue as requiring special handling may (because of their nature) take longer to deliver.

If any delivery is late, the Customer must notify Alatbina, and Alatbina will endeavour to ascertain if the product has been delivered or the expected delivery time of the product to the Customer. If a revised delivery time is not acceptable Alatbina may offer an alternative delivery option.

Inspection, Transit Delays and Non-delivery

The Customer must inspect all product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and shall, within 10 days of delivery give written notice to Alatbina of:

Any defect in a product that is apparent on reasonable examination. In this case Alatbina shall, at Alatbina's discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Any shortfall in product delivered. In this case Alatbina shall, at its discretion, deliver the undelivered product or refund the price of the undelivered product.

Any delivery of product not in accordance with the order. In this case Alatbina shall, at Alatbina's discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Any non-delivery of the product. In this case Alatbina will seek redress from the third party engaged to transport the product on the customers behalf.

If the Customer fails to give any such notice, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted the relevant order as being delivered in accordance with the Customer’s instructions and to have accepted the product as being free from all apparent defects.

Terms of trade are payment in full at the time of order.
